Description Job Title: Transport Manager Contract: Part-Time, Permanent Salary: Grade E - £33,450-£37,129 Pro Rata Start: April 2024 We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Transport Manager to join our established Estates team on a part time basis working 3 to 4 days per week. We are a growing organisation, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning. Reporting to the Director of Estates and Facilities, the Transport Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all CLF transport requirements are met and delivered to a high standard across the Trust. The role includes the efficient effective management of the Trust’s fleet of vehicles including the procurement of leases and subsequent management of the lease, maintenance, repair, documentation, and administration of our vehicle fleet across the organisation, leading on policy management and compliance checks as required while also overseeing compliance for staff who use their vehicles for work purposes and to support the trust to procure transport contracts to be used across the trust for both pupils and colleagues. This role involves stringent adherence to relevant legislation and a strong commitment to safety. The Transport Manager is responsible for maintaining comprehensive driver and vehicle records and ensuring their timely submission to relevant enforcement agencies.
